Refund policy

We want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases from our webshop. However, it is possible that you are not satisfied with your order, in which case you can return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Here are the steps you need to follow to return an item:

• Register your return here.
• Enter your details, print out the return label.
• Pack the order carefully with the purchase invoice and attach the return label visibly on the package.
• Once we have received and checked your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Please note that refunds may be delayed due to processing times of financial institutions.

Important comments:

• Return shipments must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item.
• We only accept returns for items that are in their original condition and packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
